| Descripción : | The purpose of this research project, is to make clear the advances and problems facing the LGBTI community, for this reason the marital union became the main source of this research, since it is one of the most current rights that has the country for the community. In this investigation you will find articles, cases, and context that talk about the guarantees for LGBTI communities and couples. For the realization of the multimedia report, we proceeded to look for all kinds of information regarding the union as a general matter, in which it is detailed how this fifth marital status works in the country. As part of the investigation we proceed to specify from when it starts, why it is important and if there really are benefits for people who have access to this right. In each of the tabs belonging to the multimedia report the de facto union develops in the LGBTI community, it also describes what are their acquired, requested and most important rights for the struggle of activist groups and foundations in different parts of the country. In addition, content and interviews are essential to corroborate each of the interviews. It becomes clear that the information obtained is from official places and it is necessary to highlight the most difficult part of the process, to get couples who are willing to talk about the procedure that led to do the facto union. In addition to favoring the report with history, milestones, articles, studies and real characters, the section of Equal Civil Marriage was improved. The multimedia report is a mixture of the investigation with important information of the interviewers as well as official figures as a lawyer specialized in the subject, notaries who perform the de facto union, LGBTI activists and the protagonists (couples who agreed to give the interview). In each of the tabs of the multimedia report you can observe the development of the de facto union, from decriminalization in 1997 to equal civil marriage on June 12, 2019. |
