Descripción : This business plan has the specific objective to create BROSEG. BROSEG is an insurance broker in the city of Quito dedicated to the sale of insurance policies. The company is distinguished by giving a personalized and integral service at no charge that warranty the expansion of the business based on management controls systems. The company will enter the market through a penetration strategy to get along with the competitors and have their customers become a high level knowledgeable people in insurance. Within the short and medium term, the company will addressed their individual customer’s sales efforts, offering car insurance, medical assistance, home insurance, personal injuries and individual life insurance. Within the long term the company is planning to bid on public and private companies. In Ecuador there is a considerable and steady growth in the insurance industry. From December of 2011 the growth was 20.6% in compare to December of 2010, being this figure the 2% of GDP which in dollars is equal to 1’336.611,00 million. BROSEG will target medium-high level people from the city of Quito, between 25 and 59 years old with a good heritage and with the necessity to protect it. According to the market investigation the 60% of the people will be interested in getting the service with BROSEG such as the mandatory insurance (SOAT) and other services that protect their families as well as cover their necessities. At the beginning of the operations BROSEG is planning to satisfy the 0.30% due to their operative capacity. VIII The business expects profit since the beginning of the first year with an NPV of $26.043 and a IRR of 44.03% >11.04% discount rate. (EXECUTABLE).
