Resumen : Objetivo: Comparar las zonas de estrés entre implantes dentales personalizados sinterizados, implantes convencionales y piezas dentales mediante el método de elemento finito...
Descripción : Objective: to compare the stress zones between sintered custom dental implants, conventional implants and dental pieces using the finite element method. Introduction: The implants of personalized design is one of the treatments that thanks to the new technologies is advancing more for its immediate pos extraction tooth. A comparison will be made with the finite element methods generating a load of occlusal stress to make a comparison of conventional implants and custom designed implants, in relation to a natural tooth in order to observe which one will more closely resemble and dissipate the forces better. Material and methods: 3 models will be generated through computational models; a conventional implant, a custom implant and a natural tooth; they will be subjected to 3 fixed forces and with the finite element method we will analyze the distribution of the stress generated. Results: Important differences were observed in the two implants models (conventional and custom sintered) in relation to the natural tooth. Presenting that having fewer structures the custom implant with the conventional implant will have better distribution of stress. Conclusions: With this study we determined that the custom-designed implant better distributes occlusal forces along its axis, presents a better alternative to maintain bone and connective tissue; apart from improving the emergency profile, because it has a larger circumference. With this type of implants there is no possibility of definitive abutment fracture o through screws.
