Descripción : The current business plan is to seek the feasibility of implementing a new company dedicated to the development and marketing of artisanal ice cream based on tropical fruits with liquor in the city of Coca. According to the latest population census conducted by the INEC, the city of Coca has 72,795 inhabitants, making it a large market for new projects. Therefore, a complete analysis will be carried out both internally and externally of the industry that the company will enter, an analysis of the client, and financial to meet the proposed objectives and to provide the best result of a good business model. The idea of this project was born with the purpose of offering something innovative in the city of Coca because it is a medium-sized town that has a lot of national and international tourism, but that does not have many alternatives for commercial stores with refreshing snacks. that is why the initiative has been taken to create homemade ice cream of natural tropical fruits and delicious touches of liquor, as main fruits are: pineapple, lemon, orange and raspberry. The commercial premises will have an atmosphere of the 80 minutes, a totallyrefreshing place and with economic prices to the comfort of the customers. The name of the place for this project is A little ice cream comes with the idea of calling the attention of the consumer, also based on the results obtained in the analysis of the client it is evident that there is an opportunity in the market of 66,67 percent of that you find very interesting the mixture of ice cream with liquor and 92.16 percent of would be willing to buy it. In relation to costs it was obtained that people would be willing to buy an ice cream with paleta liquor at 2.60 dollars. Finally, the initial investment for this project is 22,412 dollars, with a capital structure of 50 percent of own and the other 50 percent of through a bank loan. The results obtained financially are feasible with a positive net present value (NPV) of 26,610.45 dollars and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 34.34 percent of higher than the CAPM.
