Descripción : The business plan aims to determine the economic and social viability of the undertaking of a web platform that is the tool and digital intermediary for the financing of sports promises in any discipline in Quito, Ecuador. The research and analysis start with the spindle of study matrices for the environment such as PEST, the forces of PORTER and EFE, clarifying several hypothesis contexts about the industries offering the web advisory service (Web Platforms) ´J6312. 0 ´. In addition, for the study of this market, qualitative and quantitative research was promoted through interviews with experts involved in the market, surveys to understand the needs and requirements of the consumer, and a focus group to detail the behavior of the market. Once the analysis is shown, it is determined that the commercial proposal presents a market opportunity in the sector, based on the lack of quality of existing services for the final consumer in crowdfunding web platforms for sports investment. Given the lack of services to this market comes Support Me. Category that offers plans to investors with interests in sports, clubs or sporting events, in order to encourage the development and growth of personal or corporate brands. The business seeks to be the starting tool for the relationship between interest groups related to sports that wish to meet collective and individual objectives in accordance with their discipline. With respect to the organizational structure, a hierarchical organizational chart has been established that indicates that the fulfillment of the logistic and technological activities is in order and the expected quality is provided. Finally, a financial analysis was carried out that determined a five-year projection of a viable business. In conclusion, the implementation of web platforms for search, contact and relations between investors and athletes has been limited in the media, generating a business opportunity that provides nonexistent services for sports development.
