Resumen : El plan de negocio pretende detallar la factibilidad de la implementación de una empresa productora de galletas a base de harina de chocho en la ciudad de Quito con su exportación y comercialización en la ciudad de Madrid...
Descripción : The present business plan's aim is to investigage the fesability of implementing Lupine flour (Lupinus Mutbilis) in its production of cookies, in the city of Quito with its export and susequent commercialization in the city of Madrid. For this research, the PEST and industry analysis of Ecuador and Spain is carried out under the model of the five forces of Michael Porter, with the goal of determining the opportunities and threats in the business. Similarly, in the business plan, a customer analysis is developed using qualitative research methods for international food and business experts and quantitative research towards the final consumers in order to determine the tastes and preferences of the target market. Likewise, a marketing plan is designed to establish marketing and income strategies in the Spanish market through the marketing mix: product, price, place and promotion. If the business opportunity presents itself, a proposal for a healthy and innovative product can be created in the Spanish biscuit industry, due to the important attributes of the raw material (Lupinus mutabilis), that originates in the Andean region of Ecuador. Likewise, apossible business opportunity is present due to the Multiparty Trade Agreement of Ecuador - European Union for the export of goods under a system of tariff preferences to the European community. Subsequently, the corporate philosophy is determined, where the company The Field will be established as a Limited Company, which will have 9 employees for the proper functioning of the business. Finally, a financial analysis is carried out to determine the economic feasibility of the idea proposed under the VAN methodology, and TIR, where positive data are demonstrated, guaranteeing the viability and profitability of the project.
