Descripción : Head & Style is a thematic shop that specializes in selling sports caps of diferent national and international well known brands, as well as flat trucker hats customizable to the consumer’s taste which can be embroidered or sublimated, allowing them to acquire a unique product. In addition, the human resource of the store is responsable for providing the best shopping experience. For the aforementioned, the company is targeting 2 segments, people who use hats for their functionality (covering the face from the sun) and people who use them as a fashion accessory. The target market are the people who live in the center and north of the city of Quito within the ages of 15 and 34 years old that have a socio-economic level A, B, C+. The market research carried out for this project shows that hats are an accesory that has gained popularity in the city of Quito, generating a market to work in. Thinking about consumer preferences such as their favorite brands of caps, wich are Adidas, Nike and Shamuna (Ecuadorian brand) and the ideal place to purchase this product; that for the consumer, is the Quicentro Shopping Mall. The revolution of tecnology has an important role in the comunication of the company since it is the main source of information of the target market, this is through social media and web pages. The project is considered viable because the initial investment (86.926,53 dollars) is recovered in a period of 3 years with 2 months. On the other hand, the Net Present Value (NVP) 88.080,77 dollars exceeds the value of the initial investment and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 28,40 percent, which shows that the project is feasible to be carried out.
