| Descripción : | The business plan presented below has as main objective to determine the viability for the creation of an indoor go-kart track in the city of Quito. It starts with a justification of the selection of the topic, continuing with an analysis of the external environment and a look at how the industry to which the business belongs is R9311.01. Subsequently, qualitative and quantitative tools / methods were used to determine the possible purchasing behavior of the client and their preferences in order to establish a price range, location sector of the track, better communication channels, main age segments to focus on. The business opportunity is based on the fact that the indoor track that would generate greater exposure and attraction, it is known that this sport has had little promotion and has a growth projection if suitable tools are used, this feature would make the track unique in the country thus generating value for customers. Due to the characteristics of the business, a differentiation marketing strategy will be applied and then a Marketing Mix developed to generate a brand impact with an innovative proposal that has added value. A hierarchical organizational chart was defined for the project, which will be based on the functions of each employee. Finally, after performing the financial analysis, a NPV greater than 0 was obtained, the internal rate of return is higher than the discount rate, the period of recovery of the investment would be four years. In conclusion, the implementation of a karting track with these characteristics and attributes would be very striking both for Quito residents and tourists, it would offer a healthy recreation alternative for the city and motor sport is promoted.
