Descripción : According to the Central Bank of Ecuador, ´Consumer goods´ and ´International ostal traffic and express mail´ have had a steady growth in their income from 2008 to 2018, evidencing an increase in purchases through electronic commerce by consumers over the years. According to reports of purchases using platforms that handle e-commerce, it has been obtained that what most people buy through these means are electronic devices, everything related to computers, clothes and for women cosmetics. When there is a delay in the delivery of this type of goods to the final consumer by these companies, the idea of a business plan for the creation of an import and sales watch and jewelry company in the city of Quito has been developed. This business consists of looking for attractive models of watches in the so-called virtual stores that have a large discount to be able to be acquired at a low cost, with a time of three months prior to the creation of the company, to be able to offer these goods immediately to residents of the city of Quito through a physical store and a web page, along with discounts and bracelets made from materials from jewelry that have registered the business brand, at the same time generate an emotional link of the client with the name of the company, and serve as a mean to deliver different benefits to consumers each month by buying another watch, building a community of the brand
