dc.descriptionIn the present work the feasibility of a production project of spirulina powder for its later commercialization in the national and international market is exposed. This project emerges as a positive response. Feeding problems and high malnutrition rates observed in the countries for the benefits that Spirulina cyanobacteria has reported to human health Spirulina cyanobacteria have existed in the world for millions of years and our ancestors consumed it within their daily diet. Currently, its consumption has spread worldwide since studies have shown that not only supplies the needs as food, but also provides the necessary nutrients for optimal functioning of the body and is a product that is accessible to the entire world population. The national market has been considered as the first link with our product due to the size of the market (17,000,000 inhabitants), and taking into account that at the moment there is no marketing with this product. Although in Ecuador there is no strict regularization of the production and hygienic standards of spirulina, our project is aimed at producing the highest standards of food safety and safety of our product. The strategy to enter the national market is mainly directed to the promotion and publicity that we give to the product in its presentation in powder of 250gr and in the future a presentation in capsules of 400mg. On the other hand, and because the production plant will be located in the Pintag parish, this will not only benefit local economic growth, through the creation of employment sources and the development of economic activity, but will also encourage commercial relations and will allow a better development o the production plant in the sector by providing a quality and 100% natural product that is made in Ecuador.en
