Descripción : This degree work is based on the interior design intervention of the offices of the IIGE Institute; Energetic Geological Research Institute, located on the streets De Las Malvas E15/142 and De Los Perales. In which research works are carried out. Therefore, it has seen the need for a change in the structure of the current work spaces, creating more dynamic and flexible areas according to the activities that are carried out. In addition, the project seeks to improve the quality of work spaces both aesthetically and functionally, but also habitable, given higher priority to cover the needs of habitability of the interior space in acoustics, lighting, thermal and energetic terms to generate a comfortable space that contributes to improve the quality of life and welfare of workers. To this end, ecological materials and passive ventilation systems have been used by intervening on facades to take full advantage of the natural resources of the environment and minimize the use of devices that consume energy. Likewise, within the design of the space a new ideology known as Ecosystem of labor spaces has been incorporated, which consists of the combination of 5 strategic work zones, responding to criteria of creativity, innovation and teamwork; generating an adequate balance between collaborative, private and individual work. At the same time, flexible and modifiable work systems have been implemented that are easy to use, and which allow reconfiguration of work spaces, using technological or domotic systems, that allow users have a greater interaction with the space and regulate it in the best way.
