Resumen : | La propuesta del diseño interiorista para el presente trabajo se basa en generar un espacio idóneo para diseñadores que cubra con las necesidades y exigencias de los mismos... |
Descripción : | The interior design proposal for the present work is based on generating an ideal space for designers that meets their needs and demands. For this reason, the interior design intervention aims to design flexible shared offices in which users can work so that productivity increases, as well as the convenience of the target. It is important to emphasize that users are classified as designers that covers all those professionals who share a goal in general, so the project is aimed at industrial designers and products, architects, interior designers and interior or furniture designers. The shared office project for designers is located north of Quito, on United Nations Avenue and August 10 north of Quito, within the Rumipamba parish in the Voz de los Andes sector, in the Urania Building (Ecuadorian Electro) which has a construction on the back of it in which the shared offices are located. It has an area of 835.64m2 A / B which has several areas that provide different services to users such as work spaces, cafeteria, games room, lounge, stationery, reprography, showroom, work cubicles, workshop and rooms of meetings, as well as a space dedicated to technical and regulatory advice for those users who require it. Finally, the project is based on a concept that relates to the objective of the users, as well as the design, with which shapes and figures are rescued that will serve as a contribution both to the design and circulation and to the general management of shared offices for designers. |
