Descripción : Acacias Steel container-based housing complex located in the Valley of Los Chillos, 1600m2 land with a distribution of 5 houses of three different types, family and independent loft type. The objective of proposing a new housing model is to offer a functional, comfortable and exclusive distribution to its future owners. In addition to being container-based homes, they are formed by recycled material such as corten steel, it has a low environmental impact due to the reduction of concrete and a reduced cost unlike traditional housing. The Acacias Steel set is composed of 5 houses, communal area, parking lots and green area. To enter the housing complex, you must go through Av. General Rumiñahui at the height of the (ESPE) and enter the La Colina Urbanization through Loja y Bolívar Street, lot # 176. The group is named ACACIA STEEL for the fusion of vegetation of imposing Acacia trees and Zen gardens, harmonizing the environment with a water mirror. The materials used for the construction of this set are acoustic and thermal inside and outside, in addition to the decorative wall and floor coverings according to the design and color used in each home. The colors to handle in the design are warm colors providing softness, warmth and freshness to the house, contrasted with neutral and cold colors and complementary giving more dynamism, strength and contrast.
