| Resumen : | En el sector de la Larrea y Santa Clara entre las calles Pérez Guerrero y Versalles, en centro/norte de Quito, esta calle por su historia fue una calle emblemática y muy conocida por los ciudadanos y convertirse en un hito para las personas al tener el puente del guambra, que poco a poco con el tiempo se fue deteriorando esta emblemática calle que con el proceso de perdida de residencia en el sector la población debido al crecimiento de comercios y servicios repetitivos en el sector empezó a emigrar hacia las periferias de la ciudad dejando a un lado estos barrios emblemáticos de Quito. En el taller de titulación AR0960 se realizó una investigación nos ha permitido que en el Taller de Proyectos AR0960 se obtenga una aproximación a diferentes puntos y a los elementos de la centralidad urbana, empezado desde las diferentes dinámicas que han resultado del estudio de la morfología y formas urbanas de este sector afectado por la migración de usuarios hacia diferentes puntos de la ciudad, con preferencia de las periferias de la ciudad de Quito, poblando y creciendo la mancha urbana hacia los valles. Por lo analizo de detecto un déficit de equipamientos culturales que den dinámicas al barrio y los pueda unir en comunidad por lo cual se planteó la implantación de nuevos equipamientos en sector y el a desarrollarse será un equipamiento de Centro de Artes y Oficios. |
| Descripción : | In the sector of the Larrea and Santa Clara between the streets Pérez Guerrero and Versalles, in center/north of Quito, this street for its history was an emblematic street and well known by the citizens and become a milestone for the people to have the bridge of the guambra, that little by little with time is deteriorating this emblematic street that with the process of loss of residence in the sector the population due to the growth of shops and repetitive services in the sector began to emigrate towards the peripheries of the city leaving aside these emblematic neighborhoods of Quito. In the workshop of qualification AR0960 an investigation was made has allowed us that in the Workshop of Projects AR0960 obtain an approach to different points and to the elements of the urban centrality, started from the different dynamics that have resulted from the study of the morphology and urban forms of this sector affected by the migration of users to different points of the city, preferably from the outskirts of the city of Quito, populating and growing the urban sprawl towards the valleys. For what I analyze, I detect a deficit of cultural facilities that give dynamics to the neighborhood and can unite them in community, which is why the implantation of new facilities in the sector was proposed and the equipment to be developed will be a Center for Arts and Crafts. |
