Descripción : This paper aims to apply knowledge in the area of management, resource management, efficient processes and financial analysis for the creation of a company production of feed for tilapia. The study originated from the unmet need for balanced food in inland water aquaculture, where leading manufacturers and distributors provide balanced food product high cost and low quality. It is worth mentioning that 70 percent of production costs are based fish farmers these commercial foods. Through market research focused on the aquaculture sector specifically in northwestern Pichincha where the study was developed, it was possible to identify several issues of fish production derived inadequate supply of foods and the lack of information using the same, dissatisfaction of some brands of commercial feed for fish were also identified. For this reason the company ALBAMA developing a commercial balanced and market strategies to solve these problems, thus providing balanced feed for tilapia under a scheme of logistics right with a suitable product and simultaneously delivering a pre service is created and after sale. ALBAMA creates a system of production and quality focused on each of the links in the production chain, innovation as essentially seeks to reduce costs of production processes with application of technology and also various methods such as: just in time, Poka Yoke and continuous improvement. On the other hand, develops a distribution channel to address the unmet need with service and quality product at a fair price. Finally, the company creates financial plans and production to optimize resources and create profitability throughout its operations towards growth nationwide.
