dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research is to propose a guide to the construction process for the waterproofing of foundations with the use of drains and geotextiles in the construction of residential housing in areas with a high water table, the inductive and descriptive method was used during the study. It allowed the analysis of the area through the different resources and elements that allow knowing the formation of the soil of the El Recreo sector and the amount of water contributions it receives and maintains within it, allowing to describe the properties and the socio-natural risks of the sector, to generate responses to the need to establish reliable strategies in the waterproofing of foundations with the use of drains and geotextiles in the construction of residences in high risk area due to the water table, at the same time that the different types of drains were evaluated and geotextiles used in buildings for the purpose of and obtain knowledge about the most appropriate to mitigate the risks. It was concluded that polyester woven geotextile very favorable for structures in this sector.en
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación, tiene como objetivo proponer una guía del proceso constructivo para la impermeabilización de cimentaciones con el uso de drenes y geotextiles en las construcciones de viviendas residenciales en zonas con alto nivel freático, se utilizó durante el estudio el método inductivo y el descriptivo porque permitió el análisis del área a través de los diferentes recursos y elementos que permiten conocer la formación del suelo del sector El Recreo y las cantidad de aportes de agua que recibe y mantiene dentro de él, permitiendo describir las propiedades y los riesgos socio-naturales del sector, para generar respuestas ante la necesidad de establecer estrategias confiables en la impermeabilización de cimentaciones con el uso de drenes y geotextiles en la construcción de residencias en zona de alto riesgo debido al nivel freático, al mismo tiempo que se evaluaron los diferentes tipos de drenes y geotextiles usados en las construcciones con la finalidad de obtener conocimiento sobre el más apropiado para mitigar los riesgos...es_ES
