| Descripción : | Project inspired by the biological cycle of nature. Plants are the food of insects, insects become the food of other species such as mammals and in the end they die to nourish the soil. Thus in nature there is balance through win – win relationships. That is why, through biodegradability, resources converted into goods return to the earth as usable resources. The proposal of a food packaging system prepared under circular design criteria means providing environmental, social and economic solutions. That is, to investigate the local resources offered by nature, to involve people under fair trade criteria and to obtain added value from the waste generated by human processes. First, we explored composite materials of vegetable origin from agro industrial residues of quinoa, sugar cane and Ganoderma fungus. Then there was a solution to the habit of eating in restaurants and finally the whole process was seen as a circular business model. |
