Avícola El Artesón has as its main activity the commercialization of eggs of hen from Puéllaros Rural Parish towards the province of Pichincha, canton Quito. The producers of the zone rely on small intermediaries that buy their production to distribute. This has limited the bargaining power of the producers since the number of intermediaries overcomes them. Therefore, the idea of this business is to eradicate gradually the intermediaries centralizing towards the company the sale of the product and turning it as a strong intermediary into the zone to commercialize the product to the following types of clients: Wholesale Markets, Retail Markets, Retailer and shops of Neighborhood. The company has five suppliers that are native to Puéllaro, these five producers will provide together 7000 weekly buckets. The supply will be during Monday, Wednesday and Friday, in these days the company supplies from poultry farms the product. This way Avícola El Artesón, will sell a total of 28000 monthly buckets to its clients. To achieve the performance of the business, the initial investment will be financed by the author of the thesis assuming 50 % of the investment; to cover 50% remaining, a bank credit will be assumed with the Banco Nacional de Fomento. In terms of commercialization, there have been established ratios of performance that allow the company to work with the money of our clients since the company has as a politics, to work with eight days of clients. This politics is fundamental in the structure of the performance of the company due to the fact that for the strategic alliances with our suppliers there were established period of 8 days for the payment by the acquisition of the product. In the financial context, Avícola El Artesón, will generate from the first year margins of profits for his shareholders with a ROI Average of 29.6 %, which in terms of time it estimates that a return is achieved on the investment in the space of 2-3 years. Finally, it is necessary to emphasize that financial summaries show that the business is profitable and viable, since it appears that the IRR has values higher than the discount rate in the levered up scenes and non-levered scenes in normal conditions.en
