dc.descriptionThe present project has as a main objective. It is the design, elaboration and definition of the form of control of a Strategic Plan for the “Beauty Romys hair cut shop” in the city of Esmeraldas and thus to reach a competitive advantage among its competence. It is based on the theoretical identification of the strategic planning of the basic concepts that have been obtained to carry out the strategic plan; just like the necessary strategic administration for a business. Undertaking what planning, organization, control, and direction is; the strategic planning should be implemented in the organization to cause it to grow in a future because of the strategies taken by the investigation and the analysis of the mesoentorno with the 5 forces of Porter, the macro environment with the analysis of the forces PEST, the microenvironment with the chain of value, objective and strategic headquarters. Similarly the structure studied is organizational with the code of all the areas that conform the business to achieve the results expected. It is important for the profile of the beauty Romys haircut shop, to know how and when was founded, who is their owner, which are the services that offers, their structure and its organizational culture. The design of the strategic plan starts from the elaboration of the philosophy of the institution -mission, vision, corporate values, specific objectives- the situational diagnosis (diagnostic external and internal, analysis FODA. Strategic headquarters), politics to operate how, when and by who will be implemented the strategies. On the other hand for the control and operation of the elaborated strategic Plan has been chosen the Balanced Scored Card (BSC), which i presents indicators of control (KPI) that will be utilized once that the program will be acquired, along with the balances projected that they have been carried out under some supposed and statements of the owner due to that the business does not have balances of passed years. The elaboration of this work is to present how to Do step by step, a correct strategic planning and contributing to the improvement of the business for whom is interested in the theme of strategic planning.en
