Descripción : Fear is greatest disability of all (Nick Vujicic). Currently authorities of each country look for to protect people in situations of vulnerability, with desire to fulfill daily activities on equal terms, through execution of ordinances and decrees. Ecuador for several years has efficiently executed these policies and shows that is represented by the President, who exercises his mandate in wheelchairs. Looking for to contribute with tools to improve current national benefits in terms of physical and intellectual disability, the project analyzes productive, commercial and financial performance feasibility to create a small company dedicated to developing and distributing bamboo wheelchairs in Guayas and Pichincha. This market of 179,007 people (INEC, 2018) is unattended, as evidenced by the Superintendence of Companies for 2018, with a registered organization for this activity, despite possibility of coexisting over time with existing threats and opportunities. The wheelchair in bamboo is 40 percent lighter than the conventional, as stated by the expert consulted, becoming an added value when selecting this mobility technical aid. To disperse the message of existence of the product, which is also friendly to environment, marketing strategies have been studied and budgeted according to nature and size of project that bears trade name ECO WHEELCHAIRS. In order to preserve durability of the project, administrative and organizational structure policies are established, through use of execution tools that contribute to stability, such as design of process flows and establishment of mission, vision and objectives. Finally, project concludes with the financial analysis, presenting income opportunities since there is recovery of investment and profitable economic indicators.
