Resumen : El presente plan de negocios plantea la producción y exportación de pasta de fruta de tamarindo con coco hacia Madrid, España, toda vez que se ha encontrado una oportunidad de negocio tras realizar el análisis de entornos de la industria tanto en Ecuador como en España, el cual demuestra que existen factores positivos para el desarrollo del proyecto entre ellos la firma del Acuerdo Comercial entre Ecuador y la Unión Europea y el crecimiento de la industria de bebidas en España donde se puede apreciar que los hogares destinan un gasto de 35 euros en el consumo de bebidas especialmente saludables…
Descripción : The present business plan proposes the production and export of tamarind fruit paste with coconut to Madrid, Spain, since a business opportunity has been found after conducting the analysis of industry environments both in Ecuador and in Spain; which shows that there are positive factors for the development of the project including the signing of the Trade Agreement between Ecuador and the European Union and the growth of the beverage industry in Spain where it can be seen that households spend 35 euros on consumption of especially healthy drinks. In the aspect of customer analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods are used to obtain information from the first source that allow knowing the behavior and preferences of the target market. As a general marketing strategy, the difference strategy was chosen to capture the attention of the client. consumer through the attributes of the fruit paste creating an advantage over the competition. The actions of the marketing mix allow introducing the product to the Spanish market fulfilling the requirements demanded by the European Union at a lower price than the competition and with the support of the distributor channel, which in this case is made up of the wholesaler and points of sale in Madrid Spain. The operational plan determines the operational structure of the production plant and the organizational structure for the company to operate properly. The required investment of the project amounts to 1078,664.01 dollars, which is financed with the capital of the shareholders (60 percent) and bank financing (40 percent). The financial analysis determines that the project is viable and generates a NPV for the investor of 5,566.30 dollars, an internal rate of return of 20.46 percent higher than the discount rate and the recovery of the invested capital is made within a period of 4, 29 years.
