Descripción : This document aims to probe the business plan viability for the creation of a running and cycling club in Quito. An analysis of the environment was carried out using tools like the PEST analysis and Porters five forces analysis. To find the opportunities and threats the project faces the EFE matrix was used, qualitative and quantitative methods were used to define our target market. The target market was defined as men and women living in Ecuador, Quito, of middle and upper-middle economic class, between 16 and 30 years. Subsequently, a business opportunity was found based on the industry analysis, it was determined that the offer of personalized training doesn’t exist, with a unique experience and complementary services that guarantee the training objectives of each client. Therefore, the strategy of differentiation and personalization was selected as the general marketing strategy, considering the market perceives the club as something unique, with complementary personalized and professional services. In the organizational structure, a linear structure was established due to the small amount of people that the company will have but, designed to deliver a quality service to the client. Furthermore, the financial viability of the project is supported using various analysis tools that support the business plan and show the profitability of the idea. An internal rate of return of 75 percent was obtained on the initial analysis, so that points out the business viability and the great growth possibility.
