Descripción : The education industry in Ecuador has had a significant growth during the last period, due to the fact that the current policies have promoted the achievement of several projects and undertakings, through higher public spending and tax incentives. Recreation activities have not yet had a relevant importance in the education of Ecuadorian children, despite the great benefits that translates into the University of Lleida and the American Institute of Health, due to a solution that solves and responds to certain pathologies psychological problems in minors, among which hyperactivity disorder and attention deficit disorder (ADHD) stand out. The present work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the feasibility of implementing a recreational and sports center for children with ADHD in the city of Quito for a period of five years. To start, analyze the market environment, that is, the forces that are derived, which generate opportunities and the factors that are developed, the development of the project, to determine these forces, the analysis is made using PESTEL, PORTER and EFE matrix. Afterwards, the characteristics and preferences of the client were analyzed, this study was carried out through qualitative and quantitative analysis. Once the market conditions and the preferences of the potential client were defined, a marketing plan was designed to effectively promote the service. Finally, a financial evaluation of the children's center is shown. As a result of the research process, it was determined that the implementation of the business is financially viable. Financial ratios and valuation criteria are defined as a term of five years. The company will have liquidity and generate profits for partners and investors.
