| Resumen : | El tema de trabajo de Titulación es un Centro Cultural Gastronómico, posteriormente al estudio y diagnóstico del sector La Mariscal, el equipamiento se ubica en el barrio Colón en las calles Reina Victoria y La Niña, en este lugar se logra identificar problemáticas y potencialidades en el sector de estudio, se propuso tener ejes que conecten todo el sector, de esta manera reactivar esta zona de la ciudad. El equipamiento es el remate del eje que tiene vocación cultural. Por lo que se plantea potenciar la actividad cultural de los museos del sector y se planifica tener un Centro Cultural gastronómico en donde van a existir áreas donde los usuarios puedan ir a comer y también a capacitarse. De esta manera brindar a las personas la oportunidad de conocer la tradición gastronómica que existe en el Ecuador. Haciendo una investigación histórica y de teorías se logró identificar la manera correcta de cómo deben ser las relaciones espaciales y los requerimientos para el buen funcionamiento del proyecto, mediante el análisis de referentes se tuvo un mayor apoyo previo al desarrollo de las ideas formales de diseño para la concepción del plan masa. El anteproyecto está resuelto en base a todas las normas técnicas, estructurales y medio ambientales. |
| Descripción : | Titulación is work topic is a Gastronomic Cultural Center, after the study and diagnosis of the La Mariscal sector, the equipment is located in the Colón neighborhood in Reina Victoria and La Niña streets, in this place it is possible to identify problems and potentialities in the study sector, it was proposed to have axes that connect the entire sector, in this way reactivate this area of the city. The equipment is the end of the axis that has a cultural vocation. So, it is proposed to enhance the cultural activity of the museums in the sector and planned to have a culinary Cultural Center where there will be areas where users can go to eat and also to train. In this way, give people the opportunity to learn about the gastronomic tradition that exists in Ecuador. Doing a historical research and of theories, it was possible to identify the correct way of how spatial relationships should be and the requirements for the proper functioning of the project, by means of the analysis of referents, there was greater support prior to the development of formal design ideas for the conception of the mass plan. The preliminary draft is resolved based on all technical, structural and environmental standards. |
