Descripción : Thais budines plan seis to determine te feasibility and viability for the creation of a company that provides services for the refurbishing of computers and servers to the large and medium sized companies in the city of Quito. Market research identifies an unmet demand, because there are few businesses that perform computer refurbishing with solid state units and they are not specialized to offer personalized advice, support and a guarantee for their work. As evidenced by the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the client, 79% of large and medium-sized companies have computers that exhibit problems of slowness that causes loss of work activity and reduction of productivity. On the other hand, 50% of the companies are interested in refurbishing with solid state drives to expand the life cycle, improve speed and performance. The target market is composed of 17.104 computers and 1.330 companies between large and medium type A and B in the city of Quito. The aim is to reach 1.5% of the market, where the value proposition will offer a personalized consulting service of refurbishing, using the strategy of focus and differentiation to reach potential clients through highly qualified personnel prepared to undertake personalized visits, as is the interest of 88% of the target market. Finally, the initial investment required for this project is $27.850,18 of which 60% will come of own resources and 40% from bank financing. The financial analysis shows a positive net present value (VAN) of $14.121,14 and an internal rate of return (TIR) of 23,52%, higher than the discount rate (CAPM) of 20,19%, which proves the economic feasibility of the project.
