Resumen : La legislación nacional obliga a toda institución pública o privada a desarrollar la gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional, observando principalmente los riesgos que se encuentren contemplados como importantes; en el presente estudio se desarrolla una investigación para determinar la afectación del riesgo ergonómico sobre las actividades desarrolladas por el personal del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Antonio Ante, procediéndose a tomar como punto de partida el estudio metodológico determinando cómo se va a ejecutar la investigación, planteando objetivos, hipótesis y analizando el entorno de la organización, luego se procede a realizar la revisión documental que sustenta el estudio, basándose en el marco legal vigente, estableciendo los términos que se van a utilizar dentro del estudio, así como el marco referencial, luego se realiza el análisis de la situación actual de la organización, observando que no ha sido actualizada la matriz de riesgos laborales desde el año 2012, que ha sido realizada por parte del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Antonio Ante, determinándose que no se encuentran integrados los nuevos puestos de trabajo, al no contar con técnico y médico ocupacional no se han desarrollado estadísticas de morbilidad y afectación de los riesgos a la salud de los bomberos del cantón, con este antecedente en el Capítulo IV se realiza la actualización de la matriz de riesgos laborales y a través de la metodología avalada internacionalmente, denominada Norma Técnica de Prevención 330 se identifican que las actividades de bomberos contemplan diversos riesgos, enfocándose el estudio en las posturas adoptadas por el personal administrativo y bomberos, a través de las metodología OCRA Check List, OWAS, RULA y REBA se analizan las condiciones de trabajo, las posturas que adoptan y los pesos que se pueden generar en el desempeño cotidiano, representando el mayor riesgo la postura de espalda, para lo que se procede a remitir recomendaciones que pueden ayudar a la reducción de la probabilidad de problemas en los bomberos a nivel ósteo muscular. Una adecuada gestión de los riesgos beneficia no solo a la institución por el cumplimiento de la normativa sino que garantiza el bienestar de los colaboradores.
Descripción : National legislation obliges all public or private institutions to develop safety and occupational health management, observing mainly the risks that are considered important, in this study an investigation is developed to determine the impact of ergonomic risk on the activities developed by the personnel of the Fire Department of Antonio Ante, proceeding to take as a starting point the methodological study determining how the investigation is going to be carried out, setting objectives, hypotheses and analyzing the organization's environment, then proceed to make the documentary review that supports the study, based on the current legal framework, establishing the terms that will be used within the study, as well as the reference framework, then the analysis of the current situation of the organization is made, observing that it has not been updated. Occupational risk matrix since the year 2012, which has been carried out by the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Canton Antonio Ante, determining that the new jobs are not integrated, as there is no technical and occupational doctor, no morbidity statistics have been developed and risks have been affected. The health of firefighters in the canton, with this background in Chapter IV, the updating of the occupational hazard matrix is carried out and through the internationally approved methodology, called Technical Prevention Standard 330, it is identified that firefighting activities contemplate various risks, focusing the study in the positions adopted by the administrative staff and firefighters, through the OCRA Check List, OWAS, RULA and REBA methodology, analyze the working conditions, the positions they adopt and the weights that can be generated in the daily performance, representing the higher risk the back posture, for which it proceeds to remit recome Which can help reduce the likelihood of problems in the firefighters at the muscular osteo level. An adequate management of risks benefits not only the institution for compliance with the regulations but also guarantees the welfare of the employees.
