| Descripción : | Dailywork Importadora y Distribuidora Cía. Ltda. Is a company specialized in the commercialization of medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, dental hygiene and food from the Lamosan Pharmaceutical Laboratory. Ltda. Currently the organization has a quality system based on compliance with the certification requirements of Good Storage and Transportation Practices, which focuses on the physical-chemical, microbiological and pharmacological properties of the products to be marketed. The processes and activities in the logistics area of the organization do not have an adequate characteristic of their processes, which makes their measurement and evaluation difficult. There is dissatisfaction on the part of customers generated by deficiencies in the preparation of orders, packaging and transport of the product. The proposal for the design of a quality management system based on the ISO9001: 2015 standard is established, which will make it possible to systematically manage the interrelationships of the processes, in order to improve the overall performance of the organization. Risk-based thinking allows the development of preventive actions to eliminate and reduce nonconformities, in addition to generating opportunities for improvement. The execution of best business practices through the quality management system based on ISO9001: 2015 will increase productivity and decrease the probability of generating waste. In addition to generating commitment and empowerment with all workers involved for the design of the quality management system for the logistics area of the organization. |
