Descripción : Through the time, within the dental aesthetics, the clearing has been one of the treatments of greater choice, which favors the chromatic change in patients with any type of pigmentation, either intrinsic or extrinsic, getting very remarkabl results. This is how this research was carried out through the collaboration of patients who come to the Odontological Clinic in the Universidad de las Americas in Quito City-Ecuador, in the period March July 2018, with the objective of analyzing the variation of tooth color between the first, second and third appointments, taking into account the age and gender of each patient. A sample of 16 patients was obtained, to which 35 percent hydrogen peroxide, assessing tooth color before, during and after treatment with the use of the VITA Easyshade spectrophotometer and the conventional VITA system Classical A1-D4 and VITA Bleachedguide 3D-MASTER. The results were analyzed using nonparametric tests (Mann Whitney, Wilcoxon and Kruskal Wallis), where values lower than 0.05 indicate that there was variation and those higher than 0.05 indicate do not. The results acquired at the end of the study, showed that, according to the gender, in the incisors there is a significant variation because the standards were found in 0.055 with the taking of VITA Easyshade (VITA Classical A1-D4), while in canines it was not verified changes since the values ranged from 0.299 to 1,000. Regarding the analysis according to age, values between 0.156 to 0.937 were evident in incisors, which shows that there were no changes, while in canines of patients between 25 years or more there was a significant change in coloration between the second and final appointment using the Bleachedguide 3D-MASTER scale with values of 0.005.
