Descripción : Ecuador is a country with an important coffee culture, moreover there is growing demand for products with more nutritional benefits and better for a healthier life. All of these, lead to the innovation of a product that includes instant coffee and hydrolyzed collagen. This project makes a complete analysis; which main objective is to state the feasibility of establishing a company that manufactures the product that was mentioned above in Quito-Ecuador. The analysis starts with a study of the industry´s main external factors. This makes possible to determine important opportunities that the project should be benefited of, like the growing consumption of coffee, and the coffee culture in the country. But also, helps to realize the threatens the project must minimize, like the products imported from Colombia or Peru, or the preference for some brands in the market. Also, a qualitative and quantitative market research was carried out. It was possible to understand the consumer is motivations regarding the product that is being studied. Therefore, the results showed that there exists interest for the mixture of instant coffee and hydrolyzed collagen. Additionally, it helped to design the product that would suit the most in the market, that is conformed mostly by women from Quito. Based on the above, marketing strategies were planned that together would allow to reach to the target market, these strategies are aligned with a main objective of projecting exclusivity for the product stated before. Moreover, the organizational structure and the way in which the company should operate are planned, in such a way that greater added value is granted to the final product with high quality standards. Finally, a financial evaluation is carried out with a 5-year projection for this company taking into account the main financial statements. It was possible to determine the viability of carrying out this project in all the topics previously exposed.
