dc.descriptionThe present research has as its title: Potentiation of the socio affective area through project-based learning, in children from 4 to 5 years old, during the school period 2017-2018, at the Jason Miller School. Its objective is to determine how the A.B.P. method can enhance the socio-affective area in children. For which a qualitative methodological approach has been selected regarding the collection and analysis of information. Starting from the establishment of which socio affective abilities the children of the institution have, a proposal was designed as a solution to the problem by means of implementing the methodology of learning by projects. It was identified what benefits result from it; such as conflict resolution, identification of one's own emotions and others, empowerment of positive social skills and adaptation of oral strategies with peers. It is proposed to develop a didactic guide based on the A.B.P. methodology, which establishes the objectives for a range of children from 4 to 5 years old and demonstrates how to carry out an adequate planning and diverse bibliographic material available to encourage the in-depth study of the method.en
