Descripción : It is because of the actual tendencies of children teaching, the idea to implement a service with focus on child entertainment, the social interaction, enjoyment and teaching are together with the objective that children enter to an unforgettable and unique experience. Nowadays sedentary is a big problem in big cities, such as Quito, where there is not an enjoyment place for children, that includes teaching, socialization and entertainment at the same time. According to market research made in Quito, 87% of children have the illusion to be an admired person; the adult, it means a world where they can play to be adults without any restriction. For this, the plan is to design an entertainment place that simulates a common day of modern adults and their jobs or professions, so they can feel the emotions that for their age they cant. For example they could drive their own to go to their job. The services will be made by experimental and committed employee, with the respective security for children inside the installations with the necessary norms. The strategy is marketing difference, focus on service originality, trough technologic attractions, training and the only installations in country. According to finance studies there is an estimation an initial investment of USD 2´144,126; under a normal situation, with a level of external indebtedness of 44%, rate of 9.33%, it obtains a return rate of 35.1% and a net actual value of USD 586,058 so a financial viability of Project in five years.
