| Descripción : | This document demonstrates the different groups of initiation and of planning within all the areas of knowledge proposed by the Project Management Institute PMI® for the implementation of a child development center focusing on children ages 0-4, which would be located in the downtown area in the city of Quito. The project is proposed as an initiative to begin their own undertaking towards an entrepreneurship and that seeks to establish the feasibility of an operational as well as an economic implementation of a children is center, and also the development of the areas of knowledge with the greatest impact on the development of the project. The areas of knowledge that are emphasized are, for example, Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Resources, Communications, Risks, Acquisitions and Stakeholders; which are the same ones that are raised in the planning stage, leaving this document as a base for a possible execution on a short-term basis. The study describes an analysis of the environment based on data based on 2017 and 2018. Subsequently, the project planning phase will be carried out with their respective areas of knowledge; additionally, a financial analysis is contemplated to determine the viability of the project is execution, evaluating the sensibility of the project, and the determining factors that could positively or negatively affect the project, culminating with the recommendations and conclusions necessary for the next stage of the project. |
