In this work the micropropagation of plants under in vitro conditions was evaluated, with the interaction between growth regulators (zeatin and 2 ip), dose (high and low) and in two environmental conditions of development with the photoperiod factor (16H and 0 H. light). The project was divided into two phases called subcultures, with a period of 60 days of study for each. In the first subculture, 10 plants were arranged for each treatment, which were individually planted in a test tube containing the medium with the last and the dose under study. At the end of the study period, an average of 2.98 plants were obtained for each plant. For the second subculture, seedlings from the first cycle were used, which, as in the first phase, were planted individually in a test tube, obtaining an average of 3.97 viable plants. A completely randomized block design was made with two observations for each treatment. In the first subculture, the best treatment for the variables: number of shoot, coefficient of variation and length of shoots was 3, which corresponds to zeatin in low dose (0.5 ppm) and 16 light hours. For the second subculture, similarity was obtained in the trend of results, where, as in the first research phase, treatment 3 turned out to be the best for multiplication, however, there were variations in the length of the outbreak, resulting in treatment 1 that It was formed by zeatin in high dose with a photoperiod of 16 light hours as the best.en
