| dc.description | El Eje Avenida 10 de Agosto, area of study of the Urban Planning Plan POU AR0960/2018, is located in Quito City, corresponding to the Eugenio Espejo Zonal Administration, the area of study It is limited to the north by the intersection of Rafael Ramos and Avenida 10 de Agosto streets; Bicentenario Park and to the south by the intersection of General Briceño and Avenida 10 de Agosto streets; Alameda Park. The diagnostic based on themes such as layout, mobility, equipment, public space and heritage, which allowed identifying the different problems which the area of study has. The Urban Planning Plan has as its main objective to generate a continuous layout that is easily accessible by vehicles and pedestrians by placing the equipment legibility along the area and which in turn allows the user to remain in the public space. The Older People Center arises from the need to design spaces that respond to the social welfare of the older population by allowing recreational and training areas to prevent premature aging of them population, in addition, a boulevard will be designed to connect the activity of The Older People Center with the leisure activities of the Bicentenario Park due to the proximity of the lot with the park. | dc.description.abstract | El Eje Avenida 10 de Agosto, zona de estudio del Plan de Ordenamiento Urbano POU AR0960/2018, se encuentra ubicada en la Ciudad de Quito, correspondiente a la Administración Zonal Eugenio Espejo, el Eje se encuentra limitado al norte por la intersección de las calles Rafael Ramos y Avenida 10 de Agosto Parque Bicentenario y al sur por la intersección de las calles General Briceño y Avenida 10 de Agosto Parque la Alameda, en dicho eje se realizó el diagnóstico basado en temáticas como el trazado, la movilidad, equipamientos, espacio público y patrimonio, mismos que permitieron identificar las diferentes problemáticas con las que cuenta el eje de estudio. El Plan de Ordenamiento Urbano tiene como objetivo principal generar un trazado continuo que sea de fácil acceso vehicular y peatonal ubicando los equipamientos de forma legible a lo largo del eje y que a su vez permita la permanencia del usuario en el espacio público. El Centro del Adulto Mayor surge de la necesidad de diseñar espacios que respondan al bienestar social de la población adulta mayor permitiendo que existan áreas recreativas y formativas con el fin de evitar el envejecimiento prematuro de dicha población, además, se diseñará un boulevard que conecte la actividad del equipamiento con las actividades lúdicas del Parque Bicentenario debido a la cercanía del lote con dicho parque. Se pretende complementar las actividades del equipamiento con un programa arquitectónico enfocado en la disminuida percepción sensorial del adulto mayor. | es_ES |
