dc.descriptionThe project is based on the remodeling of spaces in a deteriorated building for the development of a student residence that is directed towards the students of the universities of the northern center of Quito. This need is manifested by the crowded location of higher education institutes where the establishment is located. Creating different areas of entertainment, study and accommodation that meet the needs required by the user, dividing into private and public areas as the case may be, so that the place of temporary stay is comfortable during the student's predetermined time.en
dc.description.abstractEl proyecto se basa en la remodelación de espacios en una edificación con varios años de uso, para el desarrollo de una residencia estudiantil que va dirigida hacia los estudiantes de las universidades del sector centro norte de Quito dicha necesidad se manifiesta por la ubicación concurrida de institutos de educación superior en donde se encuentra situado el establecimiento. Creando diferentes áreas de esparcimiento, estudio y alojamiento que cumplan con las necesidades requeridas por el usuario, dividiéndose en zonas privadas y públicas según sea el caso, para que de esta manera el lugar de estadía temporal sea a gusto durante el tiempo predeterminado del estudiante.es_ES
