Descripción : Extreme and Urban Shop "is a thematic shop that manufactures and sells garments with “dry-fit y microporos" fabric with a variety of unique and different designs, based on the style of extreme skateboarding and extreme cycling. Innovative purchase Therefore, the company is aimed at the two segments, people who like sports and want to dress well, on the other hand, are people who like to buy daily with fashionable sportswear. The analysis carried out for this project reflects different opportunities in the textile industry, which must be exploited so that the plan has an effective profitability, but without neglecting competitive aspects where new trends and new international competitors must be taken into account as nationals entering the market. Based on the analysis of the client, the acceptance of the project is high, since a new way of acquiring clothing is being created, therefore, the segment to be addressed presents a high status within a socioeconomic level A +, B + and C +, which is the date the thematic store plans to position itself in the Quicentro Norte Shopping Center. The project is viable since the initial investment (USD $55.640) is recovered in 3 years with 11 months. In addition, the Net Present Value (NPV) is USD $71.056.55 exceeding the first factor, in addition the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 37,71%, showing that the project is feasible to be carried out.
