In the first place, an analysis of the external environment is made, where one of the important opportunities was identified, which is the relationship between Peru and Ecuador in the joint conformation of CAN, eliminating tariffs in relation to trade among the member countries. Subsequently, the target market was identified in the city of Cuzco, with a 3% of market share to the product. It will take advantage of the high influx of foreigners along with the level of rain, taking this as a great opportunity given the type of product. The product to be exported will be a waterproof designed footwear, which will be made with hypoallergenic materials and natural rubber, seeking to provide the consumer with a high comfort experience, together with its resistance to water, cold and mud. The sale price of the product will be of 228,25 (PEN) peruvian soles, which were established under the cost-based pricing strategy, where a profit margin will be obtained, once the project costs have been covered. A differentiation strategy was established, since the product has a wide competitive advantage as well as a well-established value proposition. Another of the strategies will be the location because in Cuzco, one will look for to take advantage of the tourism affluence, selling boots of various designed colours, reaching the needs of the client. The company is incorporated as an anonymous society and its structure will be of seven people, of which three will be the administrative area and four will be the product manufacturing area. The initial investment of the company will be of 52.524,16 USD, which will be financed by 60% with own capital and 40% with debt, at 11,83% annual interest, according to the value given by the Central Bank of Ecuador. The debt will be acquired at 5 years term. It is estimated that there will be losses in the first year of the company, but from the second year, profits will be obtained, achieving a profit of 120.244,07 USD in the fifth year. Similarly, the viability of the business will be presented, since there will be positive values for both the project and the investor in both the VPN and the Internal Rate of Return, IRR.
