Descripción : The present business plan seeks to determine the feasibility and viability of the creation of a mobile hairdressing and aesthetic service, which provides its services in the north side of Quito’s City. The opportunity of this business is based on the growing tendency of Ecuadorian people for looking and feeling better, however, due to external causes such as: lack of time, long hours of work, various daily activities, heavy traffic or the difficulty of transportation in the city have limited their frequency of visit to the beautiful hairdressing places that exist in the city. The current woman multitasks and they always seek to optimize her time, this factor being one of the most decisive when choosing a beauty hairdressing center. For this reason, the business idea represents a great opportunity in the current market. Nowadays, women are needing to maintain a good appearance for themselves, due to a lot of occupations and they do not have enough time to devote to caring for themselves and it saw the need to create a Center for Hairdressing and Aesthetic Mobile in order to optimize their time and increase the frequency of use of beauty services, saving their time avoiding traffic and the stress of moving. This project pretends to get to women between 20 and 50 years old who were economically active, belonging to class B and C + of the North side of the Metropolitan District of Quito and whom a value offer will be presented that solves the requirements of mobile personal care, supported by a functional infrastructure that allows carrying out the operations of the business turnaround in a fast and effective way for the clients that it is counting on staff and adequate tools at the time of providing the service. The strategy for entering to the market will be “more for more”. It means that it is more expensive to establish prices than the competition, with the difference that it will be added a small value in the service what it is the mobile service, so it is saving the time and stress of the transfer.
